2. Service Scope
CULEVA SITE SOLUTIONS LTD provides appointment‑based residential installation services for customer‑supplied kitchen furniture, cabinets, shelving systems, storage units and household fixtures.
Our services include:
- Kitchen Cabinet Installation
- Kitchen Furniture Assembly
- Kitchen Shelving Installation
- Storage Cabinet Installation
- Household Fixture Installation
- Furniture Positioning & Final Setup
Our services are limited to the assembly, positioning and installation of customer‑supplied products.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, our services do not include:
- Electrical work
- Plumbing work
- Gas work
- Structural alterations
- Building construction
- Decoration or painting
- Flooring or tiling
- Supply of furniture or fixtures
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products supplied for installation are complete and suitable for assembly.
3. Booking Process
Bookings are submitted through our website.
After receiving your request, we will review the information provided and contact you to confirm appointment availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only after a confirmation email has been issued.
If additional information is required before scheduling an appointment, we will contact you using the details provided during booking.
4. Delivery Information
Our services are delivered in person at the residential address confirmed during the booking process.
Typical service delivery includes:
- Booking Confirmation by Email
- Appointment Confirmation
- On‑site Installation Appointment
- Completion Confirmation by Email
Appointment times are estimates and may occasionally be adjusted due to travel conditions, customer scheduling requirements or unforeseen operational circumstances.
If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to offer the next available date.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Before the appointment, customers should ensure that:
- the installation area is reasonably accessible;
- customer‑supplied furniture or fixtures are available at the property;
- sufficient working space is provided;
- someone aged 18 or over is available during the appointment where required.
If access cannot reasonably be provided, the appointment may need to be rearranged.
6. Cancellation Rules
Customers may cancel a confirmed appointment by contacting us before the scheduled service date.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment are normally eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a reasonable administration charge.
- If a customer is unavailable at the agreed appointment time without prior notice, the appointment may be treated as missed.
- Once a service has been fully completed, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.
If we need to reschedule an appointment due to operational reasons, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Changes to Bookings
Customers may request changes to a confirmed booking.
Where possible, booking changes requested at least 48 hours before the appointment will be accommodated, subject to availability.
Requests made closer to the appointment time may require a new appointment date.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are committed to providing our services with reasonable care and professionalism.
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- our liability is limited to the value of the booked service;
- we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control;
- we are not responsible for issues arising from incomplete, damaged or incorrectly supplied customer products;
- we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business opportunities or inconvenience.
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All information provided on this website is intended for general information regarding our services.
Users agree not to:
- misuse the website;
- submit false booking information;
- interfere with website functionality;
- attempt unauthorised access to website systems.
