What services do you provide?
We provide residential installation services for customer-supplied kitchen cabinets, kitchen furniture, shelving, storage cabinets, household fixtures and furniture positioning. Our services do not include electrical, plumbing, gas or structural work.
Do you supply kitchen furniture or cabinets?
No. We install customer-supplied furniture and fixtures only. Customers are responsible for purchasing and delivering the products before the scheduled appointment.
How do I book an installation appointment?
Simply complete the online booking form on our website. After reviewing your request, we will send a booking confirmation and contact you to confirm the appointment details.
Which areas do you cover?
Our services are primarily available throughout Northampton, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. Requests outside our standard service area may be considered depending on appointment availability and travel scheduling.
How long does an installation usually take?
Service duration depends on the type and size of the installation. Estimated appointment times will be discussed during the booking process.
What should I prepare before the appointment?
Please ensure that the installation area is accessible, customer-supplied furniture is available on site, and there is enough working space for the installation to be completed safely.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Appointment changes are usually available when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit, subject to availability.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment are normally eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
What happens if nobody is available at the property?
If we cannot access the property during the agreed appointment window, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Most booking requests are reviewed within one business day. Once confirmed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation and an Appointment Confirmation by email.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Weekend availability depends on our installation schedule. Available appointment dates will be confirmed during the booking process.
